Last night Timmy made an excellent stir fry, and then we had Milo bars for dessert. Thennnnn, we had hot Milo (like hot chocolate, and “Milo” is like Nestle Quick – but it’s healthy and full of nutrients, so kids are encouraged to drink it) with Tim Tams. Tim Tams are possibly my favourite Australian animal. OK, they’re cookies. But man oh man, are these things good! It’s impossible to describe them in any way that would give them the justice they deserve.

They’re like chocolate covered wafers with chocolate fudge in the middle… Oh goodness they are incredible. And they’re shaped like little rectangles, so you bite of either end, then sip hot Milo through them like a straw. At that point, the chocolate and wafers basically melt in your fingers, and you have hot, fudge, chocolatey goodness all over. Mmm mmm good.

Thanks, Jess (and I think Adam), for the tip. Even the locals didn’t know about that trick…

This morning I had a 4-hour session at a recruiting agency downtown, it was an assessment, to see how I do in a sales environment – through a series of activities including role plays and other group activities. Thank you, IsaiX!

I was BOILING today walking out there in a suit. And today wasn’t even that hot, by Melbourne standards. After all, it is still early Spring…

That’s pretty much it for now. I guess not every day can be ground breaking.
